If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Chapter A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
